\nWe present below the “service charter” to provide you with the information that will enable you to make the best use of the services we can offer you.
\nEntrance to the Agriturismo “Corte Casa Erminia” implies full acceptance and observance of this regulation. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the center of our Agritourism, there are you: you are the main source for the evaluation and constant improvement of your stay at our facility, so please make any requests or reports that you find useful.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>THE STAFF.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sara <\/span>will be your interlocutor and will be the point of reference for all your needs.
\nYou can turn to her for any advice or insight related to tourist information regarding the area, local events and happenings, and any other curiosity or need. <\/span><\/p>\n

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION<\/span><\/p>\n

Reservations can be made <\/span>by phone, email or through the website. <\/span>Once the availability has been verified, we will be sure to send you a reply email with the necessary information to confirm the reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation can be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount or the full amount in case of<\/span><\/p>\n

stay for one night, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reservations can be made by credit card (<\/span>Mastercard, Visa etc.<\/span>) or bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the time of acceptance of the reservation, in case of cancellation by the customer, cancellation penalties will be applied (unless otherwise agreed)<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of arriving at a different time than stated at the time of booking, please notify in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of delays without notice (after 8 pm), the accommodation will be considered free<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon arrival, it is compulsory for all guests to show a valid personal ID to enable legally required registrations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Farmhouse is family-run, so reception service not available all day.
\nIf we should not be present when you arrive, please call us at the number <\/span>+39 320 361 0606<\/span> or contact us via the intercom located at the reception entrance and we will be with you in two minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

CHECK-OUT:<\/span><\/p>\n

By 10 a.m. on the day of departure.Please do not leave food or drink inside the room.
\nIn case there is a need to stay longer, please let us know in advance so that our activities can be carried out better. <\/span><\/p>\n

In case of extension of the established time of stay and subject to availability, the surcharge is \u20ac 15.00 per accommodation.
\nAfter 6 p.m., the amount of an overnight stay is charged. <\/span><\/p>\n

Early departure does not entitle you to any refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any special billing should be requested the day before departure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payments can be made in cash or by ATM or credit card by the morning of departure.<\/span><\/p>\n

MODE OF CANCELLATION<\/span><\/p>\n

Reservations, whether cancelled or modified, will be subject to <\/span>to the cancellation policies on the form received at the time of quotation and confirmation of the reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation of reservation by the 7th day before arrival , any deposit will be returned.In case of no-show without any notice, your credit card will be charged the amount of the first night.<\/span><\/p>\n

ROOM REARRANGEMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

Room tidying up will be done daily if the room is vacated by 10:30 am.Bath and bed linen will be changed every 3 days (excluding departure and day before).
\nBathrooms are equipped with shower-foam and hair dryer. <\/span><\/p>\n

PARKING<\/span><\/p>\n

The parking lot is not guarded and we are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.
\nThere are no particular risks, however, we still recommend that you lock your cars and do not leave objects inside the cars. <\/span><\/p>\n

PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS<\/span><\/p>\n

Smoking, using stoves or the like for food preparation, using stoves or the like for heating, eating dinners or lunches in the rooms, moving or making improper use of furniture, beds and equipment is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
\nAny damage and\/or deterioration caused by guests to the farmhouse equipment is the responsibility of the guests themselves. <\/span><\/p>\n

RULES OF CONDUCT<\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast:<\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast is served either in the breakfast room on the ground floor or on the outdoor porch adjacent to the breakfast room itself, by self-service buffet from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rearrangement of rooms:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Towels and sheets are changed once a week<\/span><\/p>\n

Extra cleaning and linen supplies may be requested for an additional fee.Bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Television volume:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Guests are kindly requested to keep the television and any music systems at a volume that respects the quiet and harmony of the environment, especially during the resting hours: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Internet<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

You can connect to the Internet in the garden area and kitchen.
\nWi-Fi is free with password to be requested from Sara. <\/span><\/p>\n

Four-legged guests<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pets are not allowed to stay in our farmhouse,.<\/span><\/p>\n

Separate waste collection:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The farmhouse conducts recycling collection.
\nGuests are asked to use the appropriate containers that Sar will point you to. <\/span>a. <\/span><\/p>\n

Extra heating appliances and open flames:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Extra heating appliances, irons and open flames are prohibited in the rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system is centralized, regulated to an ideal temperature and in accordance with current regulations.
\nThe temperature can be varied by the thermostat located inside each room\/apartment <\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Energy saving<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to avoid excessive consumption and for better functionality, please take special care that doors and windows remain closed while the system is running, especially in your absence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kitchen and tableware<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We ask guests not to leave dishes outside the kitchen and to store them clean.<\/span><\/p>\n

Breakage reporting<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Guests are kindly requested to report any accidental breakages caused during their stay. <\/span><\/p>\n

Reporting faults and incidents<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Timely reporting of failures or other inconveniences will be greatly appreciated, it will help us to improve our services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Out of respect for everyone:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We invite our guests to adopt a behavior respectful of the quiet and relaxation of other guests, especially during the hours of rest during the day and night.
\nThe guest is expected to respect the rooms, equipment and furnishings found in the farmhouse.It is forbidden to introduce people from outside the farmhouse into the rooms or common areas, unless agreed upon. <\/span><\/p>\n

We also ask that you be respectful of the environment, animals and minimize waste.
\nSome of the farm areas are prohibited or closed, so for everyone’s safety we ask that you respect the prohibition signs.Children inside the farm must <\/span>ALWAYS<\/b> be accompanied by a responsible adult, Management disclaims any responsibility for accidents that happen to children left unattended.<\/span><\/p>\n

Management reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage to animals, plants, objects, furniture and equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/span><\/p>\n

Reservation and confirmation:
\n<\/span><\/span>Reservations can be made through the website (<\/span>www.cortecasaerminia.it<\/span><\/a>), by phone or e-mail.
\nOnce the availability is verified, it will be our care to respond within 24 hours of the request. <\/span><\/p>\n

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, by bank transfer, of approximately 50% of the total amount, unless otherwise agreed. <\/span><\/p>\n
