Our family-run facility is located in Colà di Lazise, in the beautiful inland countryside of Lake Garda Veronese, surrounded by vineyards and orchards, among the morainic hills and the slopes of Mount Baldo. The tranquility of the place where the farmhouse is located, will allow you to spend a period of absolute relaxation.

The strategic position in which we are located, will allow you to easily reach various renowned locations (such as Lazise, Bardolino, Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione, Valeggio sul Mincioand the City of Verona) and the various attractions of the area.
With a short walk, a few hundred meters away, you can enjoy the beauty of the Garda Thermal Park – Villa dei Cedri

We are located only 4 km from Lake Garda and close to the amusement parks of the lower lake: Gardaland, Sea Life, Caneva World with its water park, Movieland e Medieval Time. Only 6 km from our farmhouse awaits the Natura Viva Park of Pastrengo. If you love gardens and nature, you cannot miss a visit to the Sigurtà Garden Park and to the characteristic town of Borghetto di Valeggio sul Mincio, 15 km from our facility. If you prefer adventure, however, in less than half an hour, you can have fun at the Jungle Adventure Park, in San Zeno di Montagna, and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Mount Baldo.

Our facility is easily accessible, both from the Peschiera del Garda (7 km away) and Affi (12 km away) freeway exits.

    Outdoor Spaces: The farmhouse offers large outdoor spaces surrounded by nature.

  • Parking: For your convenience, we have private parking within the property, so you can leave your car safely, with the parking spaces equipped with hail covers.

The farm

What we do

Corte Casa Erminia agritourism is an integral part of the family farm, which began its activity in 1968.
Our main cultivation involves fruit, particularly the typical Verona peach and DOC grapes from Bardolino and Custoza.

At our store, you will have the opportunity to purchase directly seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on our farm. Thus you can enjoy the freshness and quality of freshly harvested produce.

In addition, we offer a selection of fruit juices, jams and wine made from the raw materials of our farm. These products are the result of the love and care with which we grow and process our produce, ensuring an authentic and genuine flavor.
We will be happy to advise you and provide more information about our products during your visit to our store.

Our farmhouse is located in a prime location, surrounded by green spaces and with numerous country trails available to guests.
You can explore the moraine hills on foot or by bicycle, enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Our trails and paths will take you through picturesque landscapes, offering breathtaking views of the hills, Lake Garda, the Mincio River, and the foothills of Mount Baldo and all its beautiful centers.
It will be a unique experience to immerse yourself in the tranquility and serenity of the countryside as well as the well-known attractions of the area.

In addition, our area is rich in wineries and vineyards, which are a must for wine lovers. You will have the opportunity to visit wineries and taste local wines, discovering the secrets of wine production in the area.

History

A historic home...

Our rural home, Corte Casa Erminia, has its roots in a long history linked to the surrounding area.
Originally conceived as a farmhouse to house the families of peasants who worked as sharecroppers for the Miniscalchi counts and later for the Solbiati family, masters of the adjacent Villa dei Cedri – now a renowned Garda spa park.

During World War II, the house became a labor and prison camp controlled by the German army, bearing witness to the period of turmoil and change that marked the history of the farm.

In 1968, the Pachera family purchased the property and dedicated themselves to the cultivation of orchards and vineyards, passing on their passion and commitment to agriculture from generation to generation.

Today, inheriting the tenacity and dedication of our predecessors, we proudly continue the family farming tradition, opening up new horizons with the agritourism business that carries forward the values of authenticity, quality and respect for the land that have always distinguished Corte Casa Erminia.
